Warranty Coverage
All SENTIMENT products are covered under the SENTIMENT Products Warranty, effective from the date of final installation and commissioning for the original end user. This warranty is non-transferable.
We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as recommended in our official product specifications, installation guide, care and maintenance manual, and user instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
A product will not be deemed defective, nor covered under this warranty, if it has been:
Installed, used, or maintained in a manner not consistent with SENTIMENT’s written instructions.
Misused, subjected to abusive damage, or improperly altered without SENTIMENT’s prior written approval.
Affected by normal wear and tear, including natural fading, fraying, or minor cosmetic changes.
Damaged due to acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
Exhibiting natural variations in colour, grain, or texture found in materials such as wood, fabric, or leather.
Subject to natural ageing of materials (e.g., colour shifting or texture changes in wood, fabric, or leather over time).
Affected by dye lot variations in fabric, leather, or partition coverings.
Warranty Duration

Cookies

How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
